The Alliance for Immigrants Rights and Reform – Michigan (AIR) and the Michigan Organizing Project are seeking dedicated staff to oversee our statewide civic engagement work in support of our campaigns for economic and racial justice. These campaigns includes ongoing organizing to fight the foreclosure crisis and hold banks accountable, defend the civil rights of immigrant families and students, improve housing for the homeless, and help low-wage workers stand up for better wages and conditions.
Civic Engagement Director will be responsible for designing and implementing a statewide voter registration and mobilization program to support these goals.

Grand Rapids Organizer will oversee our campaigns for economic and racial justice in the Grand Rapids area. This work includes ongoing organizing to fight the foreclosure crisis and hold banks accountable, defend the civil rights of immigrant families and students, improve housing for the homeless, and help low-wage workers stand up for better wages and conditions.
Immigrant Rights Organizer will be based in Dearborn. This is an entry-level position. Applicants need not have prior professional community or political organizing experience, but should have tireless commitment to social justice, a basic familiarity with immigration issues, and be comfortable building new relationships. Applicants should be prepared for a fast-paced work environment with a high-level of autonomy.

PUSH Buffalo is looking for a community organizer
PUSH is growing our Organizing Team! We are hiring a full-time Community Organizer responsible for building relationships with and developing grassroots leaders in PUSH’s organizing community to run winning campaigns to control community resources. Our mission is to mobilize residents to create strong neighborhoods with quality, affordable housing, expand local hiring opportunities and to advance economic justice.
